Pan-African University Institute spread in five african countries have been providing scholarship to all member states of the African Union. The scholarship granted to master and PHD students are meant to upgrade africans skills in the different areas of knowledge. According to the African Union Commissioner for Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Sarah Mbi Agbor, Angola has also benefitted from these scholarships every year.

The United Kingdom praised the efforts of the angolan government in the fight against Covid-19 pandemic. This was said by the United Kingdom ambassador to Angola, Jessica Hand. The british diplomat said that to be impressive the restrictions and measures the angolan government had taken to organize the response.

Zambia is committed to support the electoral registration of the angolan community residing in that country. According to the Zambian ambassador to Angola, Lawrence Chalungumana his country hosts more than 30 thousand angolans. Lawrence Chalungumana added that they are ready to provide all the conditions that the technical team will request to register angolans citizens.

Angola produced about 90 tons of cocoa in the province of Cabinda in the last production season.
