Le diplôme oui,mais il faut avoir le savoir faire. C’est ce qu’a déclaré le linguiste,Ndonga Mfwa,dans une interview à la RNA-Internationale. Le professeur universtaire et linguiste Ndonga Mfwa a d’autre part conseillé aux jeunes à se professionnaliser d’abord eux-mêmes ,parceque três souvent les jeunes porteurs des dlplômes ne portent pas  de savoir-faire.
