La chambre de commerce vient renforcer les relations commerciales et industrielles deja existantes entre l’Angola et les pays membres de la CEDEAO. Elle vient aussi faciliter l'intégration et de développement regional. C’est ce qu’a déclaré,l’ambassadeur de la Mauritanie en Angola,Mohammed Ebade, à l’issue de la première conférence sur le commerce et l'industrie Angola - CEDEA.  

L’Angola et les pays membres de la CEDEAO entretiennent des relations de coopération excellentes de longue date. La création  de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie ANGOLA-CEDEAO,vient de le prouver Selon l’ambassadeur du Mali en Angola,Daimou Keita,la Création  de cette chambre de commerce va renforcer le commerce inter-africain,qu’il a qualifié d’extrêmement faible, lors de la première conférence sur le commerce et l'industrie Angola - CEDEAO .
