le Parlement angolais vient d’approuver   la proposition de loi sur le régime général des entités administratives indépendantes, vient d’être approuvée par le parlement. Cette loi vise à introduire un nouveau modèle de gestion des services. Selon l’économiste,Hernany Luis,transformer çela en un paquet legal c’est important ,car elle va permettre d´’avoir une autonomie et une capacité opérationnelle légales  à ces entités administratives indépendantes.

L’économie bénéficie du tourisme parcequ’elle  quando le touriste arrive,il doit dépenser,donc on fait le tourisme pour dépenser,selon M.Biluka Nsakala Nsenga,le gestionnaire du centre historique de Mbanza-Kongo.

Selon le sociologue,Joao-Baptista Lukombo, l'approbation d'une loi pour l'organisation et le fonctionnement d'entités administratives indépendantes est nécessaire non seulement pour combler le vide existant, mais aussi pour éclaircir les zones d'ombre existantes.
