The implementation of farm field schools has been contributing in the increase of production of the population. The project that is being implemented in six provinces of the country has also contributing for food security and income of the population. This was said by FAO representative to Angola, Paulo Dias.

Foreign entities highlighted the role Angola is playing to address peace and stability on the continent with the involvement of women. This was said in Luanda by the participants of the High Level Women Meeting held last weekend. To the former President of the African Union Commission, Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, considered women to be so critical to achieve peace, stability and development.

The angoplan Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Francisco da Cruz highlighted the role Angola has been playing in promoting peace in the Great Lakes region. Francisco da Cruz said that Angola has achieved important landmarks in promoting peace and stability in Africa.
