O coordenador para área social da fundação arte e cultura Xavier Narciso, disse que a arte feita pelos angolanos hoje tem muito mais visibilidade. Xavier Narciso, destaca aqui o sucesso de jovens como Guilherme Mampuia, Lumpassi e Mungovi na diáspora.  

Sociologist Joao Cassule said that Angola has overcome some of the international barriers for its cadres to assume leadership positions at international organizations. Joao Cassule believes that the leadership of President Joao Lourenço made Angola to get such confidence and recognition. According to him, angolans assuming leadership positions at international organizations have to continue promoting the good image of the country.

The US government spends each year about 200 thousand dollars for Fulbright Scholarship directed to Angolan students. This was announced by the Cultural attaché of the US embassy in Luanda, Leshawna Johnson during the launching of the Fulbright Scholarship.
