New investments in the coffee production will attract the interest of the youth in this kind of activity. This was said by the Deputy Technical Director of the National Institute of coffee, Jose Mainga. According to him, the institute is sensitizing the youth to invest in the coffee production.

The United Kingdom has been spending about 2.5 million pounds for demining projects in Angola in a yearly basis. According to the United Kingdom ambassador to Angola, Jessica Hand, they will keep their presence in Angola until it is declared landmines free. Jessica Hand added that the UK is committed to support the angolan government in its effort of mine clearence.

The country is getting ready to diversify its economy with the entering into operation the mining industry. This was said by the chairperson of the Angolan Industrial Association, Jose Severino. According to him, the country is now able to start using its mineral resources to diversify the economy.
