Le guichet unique de l’investisseur, est le mécanisme de facilitation de l'investissement privé en Angola. Si la plateforme n'est pas associée à des processus qui nécessitent des ajustements de l'outil utilisé à cet effet, sa mise en œuvre sera immédiate. The Global Fund and the United Nations Development Programme have supported the angolan government in supplying anti-retroviral for patients with HIV/Aids. The idea was to continue mantaining people in treatment during the Covid-19 lockdown period. According to the UNDP Health Coordinator in Angola, Mamison Rangers, the second response to mitigate the effects of the pandemic was the distribution of nutritional support to the families of people affected with HIV.

The world is celebrated the Aids Day under the theme:  global solidarity and shared responsibility. HIV continues to be a major global public health issue, having claimed almost 33 million lives so far. There were an estimated 38.0 million people living with HIV at the end of 2019.
