The minister of Mineral Reources, Oil and Gas, Diamantino de Azevedo said that Angola has gained influence in the global stage of the oil producers. According to minister Diamantino Azevedo, Angola has strongly engaged in the decision making process to expand the scope of collaboration. Diamantino Azevedo, who was speaking at the 23rd OPEC Meeting, stressed that Angola helped to restore the market confidence and stability.
