Secretary-General of the African Continental Free Trade Area, Wamkele Mene highlighted the role Angola played for him to take over the secretariat of this organ. De acordo   com o embaixador  de  Angola  acreditado  no  Rwanda ,  Eduardo  Octávio  os  dois  países  já trabalham  na  organização  da  primeira  Reunião  da Comissão  Mista  bilateral agendada   para   Fevereiro próximo,  que devido  a  pandemia  pode ser  realizada  por  vídeo  conferencia.
