O secretário de estado do Interior Salvador Rodrigues, disse que os promotores da manifestação de sábado último, não cumpriram com as regras exigidas pelas autoridades. O governante afirmou que os organizadores da manifestação, foram advertidos a não realização de tal acto em função da entrada em vigor do novo decreto que proíbe o ajuntamento de mais de cinco pessoas na via Pública.
