Angola is attending the 41st Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), taking place in Montreal, Canada. The angolan delegation is led by theTransport minister, Ricardo Viegas D'Abreu. The International Civil Aviation Organization member states and a large number of international organizations are invited to the Assembly, which establishes the organization's global policy for the next three years.
