MPs aproves the review of the draft amendment to the Organic Law on General Elections with 132 votes

The National Assembly approved the review of the draft amendment to the Organic Law on General Elections, without any vote against, under the terms requested by the President of the Republic.

The aforementioned draft amendment was approved with 132 votes in favor and 41 abstentions, at the first Extraordinary Plenary Meeting of the IV Legislature of the National Assembly.

The National Assembly recently approved the Organic Law on General Elections with 126 votes in favor, 52 against and one abstention, which was not promulgasted by the President of the Republic.
