Angola with good records in controlling infant mortality rate

Angola has made great progress in controlling infant mortality rate bellow five years of age.

The mortality rate under 5 years old decreased 65 per cent dropping by one hundred 94 to 68 death per thousand life person.

Accordiong to the representative of the United Nations Fund for Population to Angola, Mady Biaye, children in rural areas are more likely to die before their fifth birthday.
