Le  président de l’association pour le développement des jeunes angolais et étrangers,Tounkara Seidou ,a déclaré que,c’est une obligation morale de contribuer au développement socio –économique de l’Angola,surtout en ce qui concerne l’encadrement des jeunes.

Selon lui,l’encadrement  des jeunes demeure très fragile et le coût de l’inaction élevé, pour tous.
