Head of state meets with outgoing Egyptian ambassador

The Head of State, João Lourenço, received, yesterday in Luanda, farewell greetings from the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Angola, Neveen El-Husseiny, who is concluding a three-year mission in the country.

During the meeting, the Head of State and the Egyptian diplomat discussed issues of common interest, with particular emphasis on deepening cooperation relations between Angola and Egypt in various sectors, Angola´s National Paper Online learned from an official source.

Among the areas identified for strengthening cooperation are technical and vocational training, agriculture, education, energy, and water.

In a related story, the outgoing Egyptian ambassador, reported that the bilateral cooperation between the two countries has witnessed growth over the last years.
