Leonardo group desires to expand cooperation with Angola

The Leonardo Spa Group, one of the largest in the world in the High Technology Industrial sector, specializing in aerospace, defense and security, intends to expand levels of cooperation with Angola in the aerospace and cyberspace areas.

The claim was put forward at the end of an audience that the Head of State, João Lourenço, granted, yesterday, at the Presidential Palace in Luanda, to the chairman of the Italian company Leonardo Spa, Stefano Pontecorvo.

The Italian man also mentioned that he was grateful to the head of state for finding time to talk to him. Speaking to the press, the leader of Leonardo considered Angola “an extremely historic and strategic partner for the Italian Group”, highlighting, in this regard, the fact that the country has the largest number of helicopters sold by the Italian company.
