Zambia is due to start this year its participation in the construction of Lobito Refinary.
According to the Zambian ambassador to Angola, Lawrence Chalungumana, his government has set 2024 as a period to implement the different existing projects with Angola.
Lawrence Chalungumana also announced the start of the construction of the oil pipeline that will take oil from Angola to Zambia.
