EU pledges support to fight the effects of the drought in Angola
The European Union pledged to help Angola fight the ill effects of the drought hitting the southern region of the country. This was announced by Head of the European Union Delegation to Angola, Jeannette Seppen, alongside a cerimony that saw the EU and Angola sigh two agréments, one in the sector of maritime security and the other in that of Blue Economy.
A group of German businessmen are interested to implement several projects in Angola. The German are willing to invest more than 10 billion Euros in Angola in the infrastructure sector, environment and production of fertilizers. The interest was shown during a meeting with the angolan ambassador to German, Balbina da Silva.
