Government opens more 257 new One Stop Shops for Electoral Registration

Two hundred and 57 new One-Stop Shops for Attendance to the Public (BUAP) were opened in the country’s 18 provinces, as part of the unofficial electoral registration.

The province of Bengo now has 13 branches, Benguela 27, Bié 21, Cabinda 8, Kuando Kubango 15 and Kuanza Norte 17.

The unofficial electoral registration process began on September 23, with the opening of 84 BUAPs in the country, and it is expected, by November, to reach 596 units, within the scope of the 2022 general elections.
