Dois elementos, de um grupo de cinco pescadores, perderam a vida em consequência do naufrágio de uma canoa artesanal no Rio Kwanza, quando pretendiam fazer a travessia de uma margem para outra, na Comuna de Pungo Andongo, Município de Cacuso, na terra da “Palanca Negra Gigante”.
