The minister of Telecommunication, Information Technology and Social Communication, Manuel Homem said that e-commerce is a reality in the country.
The minister who was speaking to the press on the sidelines of the 27th Congress of Universal Postal Union taking place in Abidjan.
The minister pointed the modernization process of the postal service as the main challenges of the country.
Minister Manuel Homem announced that the government is revising the Postal Code in order to respond and improve e-commerce in the country.
