O Director Nacional de Identificação, Registos e Notariado do Ministério da Justiça e dos Direitos Humanos, Carlos Kavuquikila, disse, na manhã desta segunda-feira, 19 de Julho, à RNA, que para tratar o Bilhete de Identidade (BI), o cidadão deve apenas se fazer acompanhar do Boletim de Nascimento ou, de acordo a nova Lei, do Cartão de Eleitor.
