Angola records few casualities with landmines

The spokesperson of the Inter-ministerial Commission for Humanitarian Assistance (CNIDAH), Adriano Gonçalves announced that the country has reported few cases of landmines victims.

This is due to the orientation of the inter-ministerial commission to the landmines operators to carry out risk landmines education to the communities.

Adriano Gonçalves stressed that with such measure the country has recorded great progress in landmines control.

Adriano Gonçalves added that the country records about 29 cases of landmines victims every year.
