Angola to buy 80 percent of Covid-19 vacines to cover the entire population

The State secretary for Public health, Franco Mufinda announced that the government is working with international partners in order to purchase the remaining 80 percent of the vacines to cover all the population.

Franco Mufinda said that COVAX Initiative will provide about 12 million doses of vacines to Angola as from next month.

Acoording to him, the 12 million vacines corresponding to 20 percent of the total coverage.

The State Secretary for Public health has also explained the current increase of Covid-19 patients recoveries in the country.
