The angolan embassy controls about 60 citizens in Kigali, Republic of Rwanda. Most of these citizens are students and businesspeople, who have found good oppoprtunities for their business. According to the angolan ambassador to Rwanda, Eduardo Octavio, the intention is to increase the number of angolan students in that East African country.
