Train for trade project worth at 12 million Euros

Train for Trade Programme in Angola is worth at 12 million Euros funded by the European Union.

5.5 million Euros of this amount was directed to the first component related to training and and capacity building of angolan cadres.

According to the National Coordinator of the Train for Trade programme, Adelino Muxito, the project will run until 2022.

Adelino Muxito stressed that the project has trained about one thousand and 144 people and 30 angolans trained as trainers.

Economist urges the government to bring up new policies to address informal activities

The country need to draw new policies to address and reduce the impact of the informal activities. According to economist Hernany Luis, a consultation meeting should take place in order to listen to the concerns of people connected to the informal activities. Hernany Luis also defended the need of empowering these people through training in order to improve their skills on doing business.
