The youth in any society are the engine of growth and development because they provide the labour force for production of goods and service to take effect.

The responsibility of ensuring that the aspirations and hopes of the youths are met lies with a multiplicity of stakeholders. Everyone in the community, both young and old, must play their role.

In Angola, the youth represents the majority of the population ranging from 15 to 24 years old, representing about 65% of the entire population.

Angolan youth pledges for more opportunities for a better participation in the country´s development.

To the angolan biotechnology, Valdermar Tchipenhe lack of opportunities has been the main handicap for the contribution of youth for the development of the country.
