The government announced, on Thursday, the maintenance of the national and provincial health fence of Luanda for another 30 days.

Epicenter of the Covid-19 pandemic in Angola, the inflows and outflows from Luanda require travelers to present negative tests to Covid-19.

The new rule, which comes into force from the 12th of this month to the 10th of January 2021, includes, also, the national fence, whose entry is only allowed with the presentation of the result of the RT-PRC test to the new coronavirus.

According to the Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, Adão de Almeida, the rule continues to allow the entry and exit of people from Luanda without the need for authorization, only being mandatory to perform a test, with a negative result, for the movement of people.
