Dans les pays en développement comme le notre, c’est la principale forme d’agriculture dans le secteur de la production alimentaire nationale. Cette agriculture,une fois soutenue par le gouvernement,va réduire les importations ,des importations à un coût d’envrion 3 milliards,en Angola,a souligné l’agronome ,Garcia Victor Matondo. Selon lui,l’agriculture familiale préserve les produits alimentaires traditionnels, tout en contribuant à la réelle réduction des importations.

De acordo  com  o  embaixador são-tomense ,  Carlos  Gustavo  dos  Anjos,    a vasta  comunidade  do  seu  país  em  Angola  tem sido  sensibilizada  para  acatar  as  medidas  decretadas  pelo  executivo  angolano  sobre  o estado  de calamidade, no âmbito  da  contenção da  pandemia.  

The angolan government and Unicef developped a joint Country Plan Document to address issues affecting children. According to Unicef representative to Angola, Ivan Yerovi, the plan will assist angolan children under deprivation. Ivan Yerivi acknowledged that more than 90 per cent of the angolan kids suffers from more than one deprivation.

Economists consider the New Investment Law as an open gate to attract foreign direct investment. They expect the implementation of the new law to avoid constraints in issuing licenses to the companies. To economist, Hernany Luis, the new law represents great progress for the country´s economic growth. He added that the New Law is a step forward for the ongoing doing business environment in the country.
