Le  président de l’association pour le développement des jeunes angolais et étrangers,Tounkara Seidou ,a déclaré que,c’est une obligation morale de contribuer au développement socio –économique de l’Angola,surtout en ce qui concerne l’encadrement des jeunes. Selon lui,l’encadrement  des jeunes demeure très fragile et le coût de l’inaction élevé, pour tous.

L’entreprenariat peut –être  un levier pour creér des emplois  des jeunes . Soutenir l’accès des jeunes générations à des emplois décents, faciliter leur mobilité professionnelle dans un monde du travail  est urgent pour permettre à chacun d’accéder sereinement à l’âge adulte, de gagner son autonomie et de devenir acteur d’un projet de société en commun. Investir dans l’emploi, c’est témoigner la confiance envers la jeunesse ,selon le sociologue,Joao Baptista Lukombo.
