Staff of the UN Agencies treat patients at Viana female prison
Health professionals and Agencies of the United Nations operating in Angola carried out a routine treatment to the patients at the Female Prison located in Viana district in Luanda. The Secretary General of the Gulf of Guinea Commission, Adenike Florentina Ukonga highlighted the quick response of the angolan government in controling Covid-19 pandemic in the country. Adenike Ukonga admitted that the government is doing very by putting in place several measures to reduce the spread of the pandemic. She also praised the role the population played in going along with the measures set by the government.
