le Parlement angolais vient d’approuver   la proposition de loi sur le régime général des entités administratives indépendantes, vient d’être approuvée par le parlement. Cette loi vise à introduire un nouveau modèle de gestion des services. Selon l’économiste,Hernany Luis,transformer çela en un paquet legal c’est important ,car elle va permettre d´’avoir une autonomie et une capacité opérationnelle légales  à ces entités administratives indépendantes.
