Luanda is holding this week the second edition of Start-up summit. The event, organized by the ministry of Planning and Economy is to run under the motto ``Innovation and technology as an emerging vector for Start Up in Angola´´. The event that will bring together about 200 participants aims at promoting the creation of new start up companies in the country.

Ghana and Angola will hold in Luanda a Business Forum. The event is to happen in the second or third trimester of this year in order to explore new business opportunities. According to the ghanaian ambassador to Angola, Mavis Esi Kusorgbor, the event is a response to the visit President Joao Lourenço paid to Ghana with a group of 15 angolan businesspeople.

Angola and Brasil are working together to eliminate the double taxation in the air industry. The brasilian ambassador to Angola, Rafael de Mello Vidal said that the agreement will enable companies that want to operate in the transportation sector to be taxed in one country only. The diplomat added that the agreement will help the development of the air industry of the two countries.
