Falta de condições de contagem de votos nas eleições em Moçambique preocupa observadores

O grupo de organizações de observadores eleitorais, manifestou preocupação com a aparente falta de condições de contagem de votos das eleições gerais que decorreram ontem em Moçambique. Os 800 observadores da coligação de organizações da sociedade civil visitaram mais de 3.000 mesas de voto em todo o país, tendo reportado receios sobre as condições de iluminação em mais 1.000 devido à insuficiência de luz eléctrica.
