O Presidente da República exarou um despacho a designar Lucas Manuel Quilundo para exercer o cargo de Juiz Conselheiro do Tribunal Constitucional.
Lucas Manuel Quilundo vai cumprir mandato de sete anos não renovável e substitui no cargo a Juíza Jubilada Júlia de Fátima Ferreira.
Nos termos da lei em vigor goza o presidente da prerrogativa de designar 4 juízes para o Tribunal constitucional.
O juiz Lucas Manuel Quilundo era até a presente data comissário e porta-voz da CNE Comissão Nacional Eleitoral.
