Angolan head of state defends a continental and regional integration

The angolan head of state and Chair of the Southern Africa Development Community, João Lourenço, defended in Accra the need for a continental and regional integration.

Joao Lourenço said that this should be the main strategy once it allows the expansion of markets, expands the continent’s economic space and harvests the best benefits for African people.

The Angolan statesman said so while addressing the 6th Semiannual Coordination Meeting between the African Union and the Regional Economic Communities and Regional Mechanisms.
