Angola welcomes new ambassadors

The President of the Republic, João Lourenço received recently in the presidential palace the credentials of eight new extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors, two as residents and six as non-residents.

Speaking to reporters, after being accredited, the resident ambassador of the Republic of Kenya, Joyce Khasimwa M-Maitsi, said that her mandate in Angola will be to implement the existing agreements between the two countries, as well as ensuring their mutual benefits.

In his turn, Turkish ambassador, Muhammet Mustafa Celik, reported that the two countries already have good cooperation.

Meanwhile, Greek ambassador, Antonios Papadoupolos, mentioned that he´s very happy to be here.
