A suspeita fazia-se passar por funcion\u00e1ria do Fundo de Fomento Habitacional.<\/p>\n<p>O porta-voz do SIC, Manuel Halaiwa, disse que a cidad\u00e3 em causa recebeu\u00a0 uma quantia de mais de catorze milh\u00f5es de kwanzas a nove cidad\u00e3os que pretendiam adquirir\u00a0 as resid\u00eancias.
