O facto foi anunciado pela ju\u00edza relatora Anabela Valente na abertura da sess\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Para a defesa, a data de 10 de mar\u00e7o confere mais tempo para estudar o processo e preparar a estrat\u00e9gia em tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Os generais Dino e Kopelipa s\u00e3o acusados de ter cometido pelo menos 7 crimes de natureza patrimonial, incluindo o peculato.<\/p>\n<p>O processo conta com 38 declarantes e testemunhas, entre os quais o antigo Ministro de Estado e Chefe da Civil do Presidente da Rep\u00fablica, Carlos Feij\u00f3\u00a0 e a actual Ministra da Ac\u00e7\u00e3o Social Fam\u00edlia e Promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Mulher, Ana Paula do Sacramento Neto.
